**Challenge**  
PPF is a public body that protects people with defined-benefit pensions. They recognised the need to modernise their business applications infrastructure to empower new ways of working and reduce technical debts.

**Solution**  
CloudSource engaged with PPF to rapidly design, build and deploy upgraded business applications based on a core casework capability and built-on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Led by CloudSource experts, through a frequency of design thinking workshops, PPF were able to reimagine, rethink and redesign how they deliver essential services.
